PS3 NCAA tournament?

i saw the sexbox people were doing one...
this sounds like fun...
we can end up having a ranking system as well.
i prefer this to online dynasty because it wouldnt take nearly the same amount of time as a dynasty does.
so far we have:

i just feel like this is a better idea than a full blown dynasty... we can throw out recruiting and all that crap..
maybe after we get the hang of it we can track stats and such.
this sounds like fun...

Rules will be default online rosters and all american difficulty
unranked online games.
obviously no cheesing... i think everyone knows what we mean.
each player should be allowed to pick whatever team they want for whichever game.
we will make up a bracket and someone assign a home team. home team will have first team pick and the visitor can have anyone other than the same team.
if you want miami one game and then want oklahoma in the second round thats fine if the home team doesnt select one of those teams.
champion will be #1, runner up 2... losers brackets to decide the other positions...
once we are ranked you can only move up ranks by playing the next rank in line... if you win you take their rank.
if you are unranked you gotta start with 10 or 12 or whatever the lowest rated team is (depending on number of initial entrants)

maybe at a later date we can keep win/loss records and allow players to play other teams besides the team ranked ahead of them.
maybe we can devise a formula that allows us to calculate who is number 1 based on margin of victory and who you beat.
