Will Blackwell
Ryan Baker
Chris Tolliver
Karnall Hatcher
DeAngelo Peterson

Not what we need after watching the performance Saturday. I know Tolliver is our 4th receiver but he could cause a lot of match-up problems with all the talented receivers we have.

Yes. It is the coaches' fault. Had he not been in the game for the first play he would not have been hurt.

As frustrating as this may seem, good teams overcome adversity such as injuries and suspensions as we witnessed on Saturday. They play with a certain resolve that sets them apart from their adversaries.
Lets see what type of leadership we have when they lace it up on Saturday and Moo State who will be a tough team again this year as they proved last year.

No, but he was on the 2-deep and would get lots of reps in the secondary because we rotate lots of players. Losing anyone on the 2 deep in a position we rotate liberally is like losing a starter. The way we rotate players at DT, DE and DB we need everyone on the 2 deep to stay healthy.

He already has a RS so he can't redshirt this year. He would have to have his eligibikity extended and they won't get that unless he misses 2 years due to injury

If we open the game in a 4 WR set, he is a starter. He is a starter in a formation on offense. He has been in the program long enough to know every playcall. It is a loss when you have to play a true freshman in that spot that is still finding their way. Actually, we used a TE flexed out in our 4 WR package because of the loss of Tolliver. Big speed difference there...

talent wise it shouldn't even be close but obviously that doesn't matter with LSU football these days
