My friends and I were talking last night how we had never been so distraught after a win. People always say, "a win is a win," but that was painful. It seems like this happens more often than not as well. I can't think of many times that Les Miles has just put his foot on the accelerator and never let off.

Sad thing is as well...EVERY fan of LSU and casual fan of football notices the problem...except those that make the decisions (i.e. Les Miles, Alleva, and Crowton). It's becoming so painful!

Its painful because its been the same damn story ever since the game in the Superdome vs. Ohio St. The last 2 yrs have been extremely frustrating and i think because we've heard all offseason about how things would be different and its the same old story.

Theres gotta come a time when we reach the crossroads - either the coaches turn it around or pack their bags

It also seems like Miles takes too long to fix the problems with his assistants. He tries a band-aid approach before he makes a real change. On D, he tried the Co-DC approach and we know the disaster that was. Then, he went out and hired a real DC in Chavis. However, even now we're still getting raped for 412 passing yds (the 97 is a less than 25% of that). Now, when Crowton historically has less and less production after his first year in a coaching stint, he refuses to replace him and instead brings in Gonzalez as a "passing game coordinator". With all the talent we are wasting, our year better turn out much better than the garbage we got Sat. night, or he needs to go (I'm willing to get back on the bandwagon if he'll turn the ship around.)
