haven't seen this movie since i was a little kid, and i'm not sure i ever watched it in its entirety. caught a couple minutes of it last night on tnt or tbs and it brought back childhood memories. looked it up and it received pretty poor reviews. is it worth a re-watch someday??

I really liked this movie and I am kinda suprised to see that it was not really received well back in the day.

Terrible and pointless, I thought.

pretty funny quasi-pre-internet paranoia that would be considered almost par for the course by today's standards

I enjoyed it. Solid cast with Mel Gibson, Julia Roberts and Patrick Stewart and the underlying story is decent though nothing inspiring.

Which is why it shouldn't have sucked so much.

I never understood the hate towards this one. One of my favorite 90s thrillers

Loved this movie. Mel Gibson does crazy better than anyone else...only we now know it's not really acting.

Good point about the internet.

Reviewers at the time it came out probably didn't really get the point, or understand how many self-publishing conspiracy theorists are really out there.

Nothing too groundbreaking, but a good, entertaining suspense flic.
