Any one know how alcohol works there? Can you bring your own stuff in or is that not allowed? Do they sell beers in there and for how much? TIA

Damnit, same day as the LSU opener. Unless they're screening it, gonna have to pass on this.

If you have to ask you should just stay home

I'm sure they don't encourage it, but for the game last week, my friends and I brought cans in. I did notice that they were selling Dome foam for $7, I believe.
And I will be in ATL, so unfortunately, I can't go.

Thanks for a non douche bag response. I haven't been able to make preseason this so I haven't been to the new square yet

They have security and barricades set up at either end of lasalle looking for coolers, they let you bring 1 drink in. We walked up the step in the garage and were able to walk down the new steps fine with all of our beer with no problem since there's no barricades there. I wouldn't try to roll a cooler in there though.

last week, I had two cans of beers in my hands. They stopped me and said I could only bring in one drink and made me finish the first beer. I was buying $2 beers on Poydras instead of the $5 cans in the square.
