Putting that UTk education to use I see.

But seriously, I would start Hanson and hope that good Tommy shows up. Jurrjens gives you a little more consistency, but Hanson is lockdown when he is on his game.

Very hypothetical. They would have choked in the divisional playoffs.

The Reds aren't making the world series either, bub.

Neither Atlanta or Cincy are built for the playoffs this year, and if you don't realize that, you are more retarded than I thought.

completely disagree

if the braves hold on to the division they make the world series imo. im starting to think though that philly overtakes them.

to claim to know for a fact that either team isnt "built for the postseason" and assume that those who believe so are retarded is retarded

I havent had the heart to break that news in an ATL thread yet, but I completely agree.

I'd also like to see the Reds be six games up heading into the series at St Louis next weekend.

You need to recognize when I am pushing Ronnie Mex's buttons, son.

idk what it is, but ive also come to the conclusion that the cardinals arent that good. garcia is coming back to earth, the rest of the offense outside of the big three is trash

about the braves though, it really does, as this thread has indicated, depend on whether hanson gets his fricking act together.

as far as im concerned lowe should go to the pen for the playoffs if we make it

ps - carl crawford is a stud

Let's assume that all things stay the same. I'd rank the teams' chances like this:

1. Philadelphia
2. Atlanta
3. San Diego
4. Cincinnati

I also believe that if St Louis or San Fran found a way to get in if someone blew it, I'd rank them up there with Philly.

Everytime I think that, they go on a mini-run. LaRussa fricked with his rotation again to make sure the Reds saw Garcia-Wainwright-Carp again.

I agree, but the problem is who to put in his place in the rotation. Minor is a rookie, Medlen is hurt, Kawakami is...well, Kawakami, and no one else they could call up in September would be ready for that kind of pressure. Gotta have a 4 man rotation for the playoffs.

Not necessarily.
