Big grass/dirt lot immediately south of the Dome can and does handle RVs, but don't know what they charge. Since you're within 200 yards of the place, I imagine it can be kinda pricey.

There is also a few decent size lots on Northside Drive, which is on the sest side of the Dome. I tailgated in a lot at the corner of Northside and Ivan Allen Jr for the Chick Fil A Bowl two years ago. Its just north of the Georgia World Congress Center.
