I'm really excited about this kid. I think he has all the tools to be an outstanding back! Maybe if he's good enough one day, the coaching staff will let him carry the ball 20+ times in one game!

Ford has all the tools. Word on the street says he needs to get a better handle on the play book. This is what will keep him on the sidelines longer than most of us expect. Hopefully the light will go off and the play book will not be an issue.
