anything taste good at the camp if you drink enough but I'm a big stew guy, I don't care if it's shrimp & crab, chicken, meatball, whatever.

we do deer sausage poboys alot. grill the sausage. cook down onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms in a butter and worcheshire (sp) sauce. good stuff.
at the end of season my buddy makes his "pot o' shite". rabbit, dove, deer, squirrell or anything else we might have in a thick brown gravy. dont know recipe and neither does he, just add stuff that sounds good.
