If you see his coaching choices, you would see that he doesn't know what he is talking about. Being able to talk about it and being able to do it are two totally different things.

Not as many or as bad. His bad coaching at times last year was famous. If you want a coach that is known (and it is warranted) for making bad choices, then keep him.

So what you are actually saying is you like him as a person, he is a straight shooter, and he talks a good game. Got it.

However, he was hired to be very successful at coaching. I don't think many here feel he has been successful at the level that was expected of him.
