Just asking because I have a cross country flight coming up and I'm wondering how much of it I could knock out during the flight.

About five hours. Not expecting to finish the whole thing I'm just wondering if it's a quick read.

64 pages an hour. It can be read in that time frame. It's a pretty good and fast read. You'll want to re-read much of the book though

I finished it in about 4 hours, could not put it down.

Feeling the same way about Payton's book. Finally put it down after 19 chapters.

If you're reading it at this rate, I'm sure you are missing alot of the details. Sounds like you're doing more skimming than reading to me.

I loved it and read the whole book in two sittings. It took me probably 5-6 hours total.

Could you summarize the book in two sentences? I don't want to spend any more time than that on a book about a thirty year old who grew up with a privileged life and plays a game for a living.

Were you born an a-hole or did you have to work at it?

He doesn't care. He finds no happiness in life. Nothing is good enough.

I didn't read it at that rate. I was trying to tell the original poster that it would take that many pages to read it in 5 hours. I read it in just under 6 hours. And no, I didn't skim. I even re-read a few passages. I read a lot
