We all know that the TT, PP, RS, RR, MF, etc. are expected to do well this season so let's take those type of guys out of it.
Outside of the obvious guys that are expected to breakout this season, which player do you feel is flying far below the radar will have an outstanding season this year.

I'll go with DeAngelo Peterson on offense. On defense, I'll say Ryan Baker and Sam Montgomery.

Yeah the most experienced and possible defensive captain is the dark horse

Spelled his name wrong, but he will be badass this year. Maybe not the true definition of a dark horse, but I do think he will stand out more.

Deangelo Peterson. No doubt about this one, unless Crowton and co. can't figure out how to use a TE properly...

Drake Nevis
Mo Claiborne
Brandon Taylor
Deangelo Peterson
Alex Hurst
Richard Murphy
But if I had to pick pne it would be Nevis.

LSU has never fully utilized their TE's IMHO. Robert Royal and Eric Edwards are in the NFL and we barely used them. We threw to R. Dickson a bunch as a Freshman and Sophmore, but he disappeared after that. (Possibly due to QB change)
