Has any oil workers on here filed a claim and been paid yet?

I am curious as to how long it took you to get paid, how often have they paid you and was it what you were expecting?

I was on the Noble Paul Romano drilling for Marathon Oil Co. I was told by BP that I would be paid if I provided my last 2 years tax returns, check stubs, copy of my DL, and a letter from my employer. I got all of that together and then was told that I would not be able to get paid from BP because the deep water ban was the act of the President and not BP, 4 days latter i was contacted by BP to say that it looks like BP is going to pay offshore oil workers off work due to the deep water ban.

Has anyone tried filing a claim?
