Half Blood Prince was the worse one yet, IMO. I couldn't wait for it to end.

A little help here...never read the books. I've seen about the first four Harry Potter movies, been entertained by them, and plan on catching up to see how it all ends when these come out. My questions: Is Voldemort a human? Why is he disfigured? Was he like that when he attended Hogwart's? I ask because despite all the fantastical things that go on at the school, every character looks human. Anybody know?

yes, he's human and looked normal as a kid. Became more disfigured as he became more evil by some of the steps he took to get there.

His human body was destroyed when his curse backfired on Harry. He was so powerful and evil that he was able to continue on but had to reside in the bodies of others (in sorcerers stone Quirrells body for example) until he gained a body again in the 4th movie. He is human and his body is his now, it just isn't the same one he was born with.

yea, it kinda sucks how much they leave out when it comes to translating it to film. wish they would have gone the lotr route, with more epic movies. i guess im a nerd, but i really wouldnt mind 5 to 6 hour movies for each book. (maybe not 1+2 but definatley 4-7)

All the fans would love this, but it doesn't make sense financially. Longer films take more $$$$$$$$. You still went and saw every HP movie probably
