Really good movie with a strong performance from cruise. My 2nd favorite Michael Mann film behind Heat.

If it was written just a little bit better with a better final act this movie would be great instead of just very good. This movie was perfect for Mann's digital film fetish and the shootout in the club scene was great stuff.

thats a good way of describing it. it had a good pace. never bogged down too much but wasnt all up in your shite with explosions and stuff

A favorite. Very LA and with places that you don't normally see in movies - Leimert Park, Koreatown, the blue line, Westlake, Wilmington.
