Interesting speculation...LSU dumps the SEC

I know this is probably not going to happen, but wanted to hear some thoughts on a scenario where LSU and Arkansas leave the SEC and join Texas, TAMU and OU in the "new" Big 12. We would lose some of the traditional conference rivalries, but create some interesting new ones... I would not miss some of the blatant "gaming" that has been going on with SEC officials over the last few years. I'm sure it will ultimately just come down to $$$, but such a change could arguably make it easier for LSU to make the BCS year-end and year-out. Any thoughts on this hyper-hypothtical scenario?

Not happening. Period. LSU will make way more in the SEC. This is a pointless thread. Nobody wants to leave the SEC since it generates the most money...

Not really, LSU got $17.3M last year from the SEC. Texas and OU will both get over $20M under the new contract with Big 12...A&M and most of the others will get $17M.
