buy. Texas, Oklahoma, and USC is pretty salty. Probably 3 of the historically best 5-6 college football programs ever. Plus, UCLA, Oklahoma State, Oregon, and Texas Tech all programs that could be on the rise, I think the Pac whatever would be very entertaining to watch, and their champion would likely be deserving of a berth in the championship game.

I'm a long term investor... I'd sell. Right now there's tons of hype making that shite way over priced. The PAC-16 will be gone in 20 years if it ever happens in the first place.

USC trends down. Midwestern schools playing on the west coast is a fail.

Sell. Overvalued. I'd buy the SEC fwiw. Much less of a risk and will definitely be there in 20 years.
