He's still catching passes. I didn't know that but what were you expectations when he left LSU as the best wr in the country?

Because he lacked top-end speed, I expected him to have a relatively long career as a 3rd or 4th WR, which is essentially what he has done.

He lacked a QB who didn't complete 300 passes any year for the last 8 years. That was probably the problem

Buster Davis, D-Byrd and now Josh Reed...they are determined to get it right with at least ONE LSU WR...they are determined, I'll give them that.

Is DByrd still there?

ETA: I think he's a free agent.

Good for him. I could see him continuing to produce as a slot receiver there.

Really down to earth guy. He purchased a new Yukon from us few weeks ago. Hoping he does well there!

That given his size and speed, he'd be lucky to have had as successful and long an NFL career as he's had. Much like Florida's QB's of the 90's, his skill set, as dominant as he was in college, didn;t seem like it would translate well to the NFL. Despite that, he's had a productive if not spectacular acreer.

Congrats to him...awesome LSU player.

They haven't had a decent qb since he's been in Buffalo, not to mention the terrible weather. I would of liked to have seen him in san diego earlier in his career.
