Who's drilling the new well? Any DWH survivors?

Just wondering ... after something like that happens, how the heck would you go back? I guess it would maybe depend on where you were or how long you'd been working deep water, etc.
Anyway, wonder if any of the DWH survivors are helping out on the relief well?

I would think some of that would have to do with whether or not they signed the waiver stating they wouldn't sue BP and TO.

To my knowledge none of the personnel for TOI on the DWH at the time of the accident are on the relief wells. I cannot speak for 3rd party personnel/contractors.
I do know that people that were not on the rig from all companys are assisting with the relief wells and the top hat.
My understanding from speaking with people at the Memorial in Jackson is that TOI personnel onboard are not being allowed to go back out yet. That may have change recently.
