When did it start? How do SEC fans feel about this "unique" tradition?

Thanks

They're gay. Bama and Auburn are the two schools with man pom poms and bring them everywhere. Did I say they were gay already?

is bama, OM, and auburn the only schools that pom it up? I thought uga, arky, tenn and others did as well. I knew that LSU didnt and state has farm equipment in their hands. Florida has to chomp and shite, but I thought everyone else used them

If there's a macho conference out there it's the SEC.. that's why it's so bizarre to me, but I'm not familiar with how it started.

Other schools do it. Even LSU has games when they're on the seat and people use them, but promptly toss them afterwards.

Bama, OM, and Auburn are the fervent leaders of the man pom pom.

Man Poms are the reason A&M wants to join the SEC.

it probably got started when some company that was advertising put thousands of poms poms (with their company's name on the handle) on empty seats before the game.

that's my guess.

you don't have to stir bourbon and ice.

nah son, gotta have a little sprite or you'll be out by halftime. it is funny though if you sit in the student section and go and get a sprite they fill a cup up with ice and put a splash of sprite in your cup
