He's hit a local Scout.com skills camp, SMU camp, and La. Tech offensive skills camp in the last 2 weeks. Scout.com now has 2 new articles on him as he rated a top performer at their local camp and the SMU camp. These can be read at his Scout.com recruiting page. All 40's have been in the 4.4's, he's 6'1", 190 lbs,and has recently measured a 35" verticle and a 4.2 shuttle.Sqat max is @460 and bench is @240."A" student with no character issues. After the Tech camp(where the receiver's coach stayed with him most of the day just as at SMU), the head coach asked him to come back to the defensive skills camp and work out at safety, too. ULM and McNeese have both offered early. LSU needs to contact the kid. His measurables put him in a special class...he's been unknown as he played summer baseball last year and is just now hitting the camp circuit. Edit: Vincent worked out at the ULL camp in Shreveport today and was offered on the spot.

looks like he's a River Oaks kid:

dmitch,

great to see you on the Recruiting board.

Are you excited about UM getting Teddy B's committment?

What if the SEC expands and takes in UM?
Would you pull for UM against Rueben's team?

Yep. With Teshadi Talton on the field with him, scouts will be at some games this year.Coach Ensminger has info on him now and I'd hope he gets a look sometime soon. The schools that have seen him are offering for good reason. He's got good size and skill.

If kid his legit he does not need to be at River Oaks. Has any River Oaks player ever gone on to play big boy college football?

A few linemen have been at ULM...that's big boy ball if you're a bamma fan.

I think if you talked to any coach he's worked out for during Spring training and since, they'd confirm he's a stand out....it's not as much where he plays but what he does to get seen. From a little school, he's got to hit camps(though at least 4 or more schools sent coaches to his spring workouts after getting film on him). He's in the camps(one as we speak in Shreveport)...and seems to be well recieved with the articles Scout has published.

bobby craighead is only RO player to play d1 I think and that was years ago. He can transfer to LHSAA school without sitting out unless he is too old..I know him but dont know how old he is. Now Talton is too old for LHSAA thats why he is at RO

May be right. But compare his speed, quickness, height, weight, and strength to...say... a Jarvis Landry, and see what you find. There's a reason he's been to 4 camps in 3 weeks and has 3 offers in the same time span.

All the stats are great, but he isnt going to get an LSU offer unless they see him against better competition. He should leave RO and go to Neville or Ouachita. If he continued to dominate there his stock would go up tremendously. Camps are great, but most schools want to see what you can do on the field against good competition.

Stevan is a different story, he was a one man team in the MPSA. Moore not so much.
