A way to refine this oil in, say, your garage, with a kit BP gave you for free, Every person on the coast who had a boat could get their own oil and make their own gas.
I know that is rediculous and maybe impossible, but if it existed and I could figure out a cost effective way to make a profit I would help clean up some oil! and about 1million other people would to. Maybe we could finally get something done. Just a thought on clean up.
