I understand some of your frustration, although i have never been there it appears they could do a better job of staffing but:

I hate it when I stand in line at a place and wait my turn and right before I order the phone rings and someone places an order before me that did not have to stand in line

do you realize that by taking a cc over the phone the fee the merchant pays to the processing company goes up?

exactly why they should have someone else besides the 1 cashier taking phone orders... also why they should maybe not make their customers stand in line to order... if it were my business, I would rather pay the higher fee for that order than not have the order at all.....they lost my order b/c of it
