Atcha Bakery, with Albasha a close second.

Atcha uses the Kronos brand of gyro meat, Albasha uses the more expensive brand. Every restaurant in town uses one of three different gyro meat companies, all based in Illinois. You really aren't getting a huge difference from restaurant to restaurant as far as the meat itself, just how it's served up.

I've heard the small gas station on S. Acadian Thruway(by Bayou Humidor) has excellent gyros. I have never had one though. I enjoy chicken shwarma more.
