President Obama Should order a submarine to the Gulf of Mexico to blow up the pipe that is leaking the oil and attempt to implode the well and I bet ya $100.00 that as soon as BP hears a Submarine is on the way they figure out how to stop the leak!

That is the dumbest fricking thing I've heard. You can't blow it up. That would make the problem 1000 times worse.
