LSU has won 6 NCAA Div. 1 baseball titles since 1991. During that time, Texas, Miami and Oregon St. have won 2 apiece; the closest any teams have some to our number. And during this time, no other SEC team has won a baseball championship. The last few weeks have been hard to take, but in the context of 20 years of success, there's reason to believe our program has a bright future what with the championships, the legacy, the players we send to the pros, the new stadium, etc. We'll be fine in the long run.
