Regarding the oil spill issue, our company has implemented the following policy: If staying in this property causes a health or safety hazard and there is a mandatory evacuation ordered for our area, we will be issuing full refunds. Again, we are hoping for the best and are closely monitoring the situation daily. We will be sending all of our guests an email in the next day or two regarding the situation and any news we hear. Thanks-

I don't think your reasoning will be enough for a full refund though it should be.

Stupid they needed the "and" there, like it couldn't be OR.
