Trying to plan a trip out there. Will it be affected by the spill?

A little oil would probably improve Holly Beach.

Holly Beach is always brown and polluted with Mississippi River Mud and washout and oil and trash from the rigs from Mouth of the Mississippi to Cameron.

I sure hope not, and to all the haters Holly Beach is very close to great fishing and... uh, uh, oh well at least there's fishing.

Problem on the west side of the state is that you have to run at least 60 miles out to get to 100' of water.
