After reading the thread on Vienna Sausages, and being reminded of fishing/hunting trips with my father, the other staple of those trips:

I remember the first time I had those made from scratch, on a trip to Alabama. The family making them was watching Hee-Haw.

2nd meal I ever cooked, 8years- opened can put in a pan, added S&P, L&P, and ketchup.
