People are stupid on here. They want to acknowledge the picks san diego got back for moving down in the draft but don't acknowledge the picks denver acquired to move down in the draft as well and packaged them to move back up to acquire 2 first round picks overall.

that's the point. they had a great strategy going and could've added some serious talent and then blew their wad on a SINGLE 2nd/3rd rounder.

I said you can not compare Rivers situation to this one.
San Diego was forced to trade Eli, and in return got Rivers and future draft pics, which happened to be pro bowlers Shawn Merrimen and Nate Kaeding.
Denver traded down several times and were able to get to picks in the first round. My problem has to do with the value of Tim Tebow. I do not think he is worth A)the 25th pic in the draft and B) an additional 2nd,3rd and 4th round draft pick.
