"What are you doing"

"In foster care, this was my room" (head covered by hair)

I thought that, and Darryl's birthday/cookie monster bit was pretty funny

I thought it was a funny episode.

Dwight's imitation of the Sabre guy.

I thought the episode was terrible. I'm not one of the people that think the Office has fallen off, but that was just a bad episode. I felt like they came out of left field with Michael being annoyed by Erin. It was like they just made up her annoying habits for this episode. The Kevin cookie monster thing was funny, though.

erin seemed perfectly normal until this episode, its like they made up that about her just to have a story line

I didn't really think about it while watching it, I knew it was weird, but yea that was pretty random (her freak behavior).

It did seem way out of the blue that they just made Erin a TOTAL nut case.

It didn't come out of the blue, completely. There were several deleted scenes from recent episodes that included this subplot, but they were cut for time.

If they were cut they don't exist in Office canon. So it did come out of the blue.

The personality of Michael was a little off this week. Kind of spoiled the show for me. All in all I really like the show.

For me, The Office has taken a significant nosedive. It almost seems like a spinoff of itself now. It's the secretary (Erin, not Pam) and the sales guy (Andy, not Jim) developing a relationship, and Jim and Pam are now side characters for the most part.

IMO they screwed up when they shut down Dunder Mifflin and made it into whatever Kathy Bates' company is, and got Pam pregnant.

Occasionally they'll have a good moment (like the Kevin Cookie Monster stuff last night) but for the most part it's not nearly as good as what it once was, at least to me.

I personally thought it was hilarious when Michael said "frankly, Erin is weird."

The irony.

Maybe not to you. But the writers/directors for the show have said that if you see it in a deleted scene, it's really did happen. I always check OfficeTally.com for deleted scenes. Some really, really good ones.

let me guess, you think they should have kept everything the same and had Jim and Pam batting their eyes at each other, Jim and Dwight playing the same pranks for 8 years? That wouldn't have gotten old....

"Daniels is rare among producers in his belief that the deleted scenes have as much validity as the ones that made it to air, explaining, 'For the writers, in our minds, those scenes have happened. We wrote them, we shot them, and at the last minute, I cut them in the editing room, but we're relying on them showing anyway for the mythology of the show.'"

Jim's Kevin impression was spot on.
