I'd miss a lot about New Orleans if I moved, but I'm not sure crawfish would make that list. But you never know.

I really never experienced many boils in NO (outside of friends that ask me to cook them). Just doesnt seem to occur as often as outside the city. Of course my biggest gripe has always been the poor supply of crawfish to the NO area. I have been asked to do a lot of boils for friends that live there and I started bringing my own because everything there just seems very dirty.
