Sgallo we do ours the same way. One league, so teams are off limits and we hold a draft for spot where you pick your team
we did ACC, and Clemson, and FSU were off limits. I picked second overall and chose Maryland. Miami didn't get chosen til about 7 overall because the rest of us wanted a challenge.
I finally dropped out that dynasty after 5 or 6 seasons, but it went for about 10
