She loved Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, and I don't think the "Off with her head!" stuff would phase her too much.
I actually think the Tim Burton take on things might be better for her than more realistic stuff, because she recognizes that it's fantasy.

My little girl is 6 and I took her last night to see it. She loved it. She always loves Tim Burton movies though.
