Is there a maximum amount of fouls a player can have in a game? I know about yellow and red cards. Im just talking about the little random fouls that stop play for about 2 seconds.

I have a question as well....how do you follow all of these players and leagues? There's so many pro leagues that I can't keep up with what's going on. Is there a website or something that keeps really good track of what's going on in these leagues (standings, transactions, etc)?

wikipedia has a TON of info on all the competitions and leagues. The FIFA video games also help

ETA: for instance, this is my primary source of info for this year's Champions League. LINK
Then I check out some others for in-depth stuff if I feel the need

Fox Soccer Report on the Fox Soccer Channel is a good show, its like Sportscenter dedicated entirely to soccer. This is also a good option.
