I want to get something that won't be full of fat and calories. I really don't want to cook, but if there are no viable options, I'll have to cook. Since I am trying to lose weight, everything I see is crap.

grill some lean pork chops
chicken breast
pan sear some fresh fish
grill or boil some shrimp

all good stuff not terribly fattening, good for you.

Once again, I don't want to cook if I can avoid it. I eat in almost every night.

Some celery/cherry tomatoes and some cream cheese with herbs and garlic in it. Low-fat cream cheese if you're a baby!

I want to go somewhere. Anyone have any ideas of something at a restaurant?

Grilled fish or chicken. Get a veggie for the side.

This is all dependent on if my pregnant wife will be able to eat anything at all. If not, I'll just eat whatever crap I can find around here. FML.

If you're on a diet, Lean Cuisines are pretty good. Just had the lasagna.

Not on a diet, just have changed what I eat. All those "diet" meals taste horrible to me.
