- New Orleans Saints All-Pro Safety Darren Sharper will be hosting a Semi-Formal Cocktail Reception
on Saturday April 24 from 9pm to 3am at Teatro Goldini, located at
1909 K St. NW, Washington DC 20006.
Sharper is celebrating the New Orleans Saints Superbowl Championship, this being there first event in the nation’s capital since the victory. For this star studded event “I Am Legend”
Darren will be joined by Reggie Bush, Marques Colston, Roman Harper, Usama Young, Tracy Thomas, Pierre Thomas, and Will Smith of the New Orleans Saints; Javon Walker of the Oakland Raiders; Visanthe Shaincoe and Adrian Peterson of the Minnesota Vikings; James Farrior of the Pittsburgh Steelers; and Jamie Sharper of the Seattle Seahawks. Dave & Ray of Dave & Ray Ent. will partner with Omari Ware of The Standard Events, Dr. Miles Grey & James Brown of Team BBC, and Blazetrak to produce an exclusive night to remember with some of the NFL’s greatest athletes and Washington DC’s most elite clientele. Heath Evans is hosting a charity softball game on Wednesday, April 28 at Zephyr Field in Metairie featuring more than a dozen of his Saints teammates as they face an All-Star military team.
The inaugural Heath Evans Softball Showdown event features a Home Run Derby at 6:30 p.m. followed by the seven-inning game. Drew Brees, Reggie Bush, Pierre Thomas and David Thomas are among the Saints expected to play.
The game is open to the public. Admission is $10 and tickets are available at the Zephyr Field box office in Metairie and on TicketMaster.com.
