What is encouraging is the trend where guys feel like part of something and enjoy recruiting other guys to be a part of that same something. I think there is a big level of camaraderie with the guys who are there early and it's contagious. Other guys see that and want to be a part of it. I think it's a good thing, and will work to our advantage.
