He hasn't even had a chance to practice with the team yet. Cleveland's beat writer said he looks confused on picks and is mainly just standing around the 3 point line waiting for the ball. He'll pick it up. Funny quote though:

If they somehow don't get Z back, it's a so so trade. Jamison >> Z, but the Z/Shaq combo was working pretty good combined with an energy PF.

what? Hickson and Jamison aren't even close to the same type of player. Hickson hasn't attempted a 3 in his career.

then yeah I'm serious, he may have developed a decent shot from outside because I haven't been following the Wizards, but what I was refering to was in terms of crashing the boards, slashing to the rims for dunks.
