Our point was that when you click their name it shows their rank and profile. It's a glitch though.

I guess it takes a rocket scientist to figure out that these rankings are players "to watch" and not the actual rankings. They're seperated by position and in alphabetical order.

Well if you click on their profiles, they showed a national ranking. That's what had us worried.

But it's all cleared up now.

Collins may be Rivals #1 overall when its all said and done.

No.

A. Johnson will end up as the #1 or #2 DT, and a Top 10 player imo. He is the real deal. By far my favorite recruit in LSU's class right now. Hilliard is also very impressive, but needs to get a little more functional body lean.

LSU is off to a great start. Hopefully Miles and company can keep the momentum from NSD going for the year!

This. We aren't that fricking stupid to not realize the list is in alphabetical order. We were just saying if you click on their profile, their-false-ranking shows up.

Probably right,Collins will most likely be the #1 OT,cause Rivals had him evaluated better than Sentrel Henderson(this year). AJ should be #2 DT,just behind Jernigan(doubt anyone close to those two). The only thing holding Hilliard and Landry are recorded 40 times, cause there tapes are jaw-dropping. Robinson will get a huge boost because of his combine times.

I opened this list and could tell immediately it wasn't ordered yet since the first 15 names or so are QBs. Thought it was fairly self-evident.

This is the problem with written vs. verbal communication. Half the time, shite gets lost in translation.

Is that a picture of the 2011 cats with jerseys? Where did you get that?

Because when you click on their names and their profile shows up it shows them with a rank.

Collins is certainly a top 20 recruit. Being only 6'5" is not ideal height for an OT, so I am not going to proclaim him the #1 OL prospect yet. At this point, he seems more like a uber talented, road grading OG.

FYI, (re: Hendeson vs. Collins) One person made a remark along those lines comparing Collins and Henderson. It was not an evaluation but an opinion of a person, an opinion contrary to most evaluators at this juncture.

At this point a 6'8" OT 300+ lbs OT is more desirable than a 6'5" 285 lbs OT. Like I said, Collins will still be a Top 20 recruit, but I am not going to label him a Top 10 recruit in 2011 just yet.

Call me greedy, but I hope he doesn't become the top guy in the country. We all know how great of a prospect this guy is. He is all LSU, and we don't need his pic on the cover of Rivals and Scout for the next year.

Agreed. Why are some so focking obsessed over how a for-profit company "ranks" high school kids? 1, 2, 5, 20---it doesn't matter.

Sure, it's fun for us recruiting dorks, but otherwise--why the outrage?

6'8 guys are pretty rare. I think 6'6 is probably the average for a #1 or #2 OT.

Unless I'm mistaken.. isn't wing span the more important measurable here?
