You should have seen him by the time he got to Bourbon St. He seemed to be pretty hammered and was doing his best stripper moves. Twirling his pigtails, grabbing his "breasts", rubbing his crotch, etc.

I was too hungover from last night but my buddy was down there and he said he saw Bobby spray his beer on a guy wearing a Colts hat and then started saying "frick da Colts!" Got to love the Cannon!
