It will more than likely rain all weekend in Miami. How will the field be next Sunday after the rain and game?

Anyone familiar with that field? How does it drain? ETC...

I think a sloppy field MIGHT work into our advantage because we can impose the run on teams.

Any rain this weekend will have no effect on the field on game day. Lots of rain by mid week prior to the game might.

The entire field is being ripped up after the Pro Bowl.

The Super Bowl will have a fresh new field.

Great! Sounds like another bowl game recently played in the state of Florida.

Once the Pro Bowl ends, both end zones will be removed and replaced with fresh sod and then painted with the names of the two participating teams – the Colts and Saints. The Pro Bowl logos on the field and the sod they sit on also will be replaced with the Super Bowl XLIV logo.

Did you read the link that I provided?? There was a new field put down, but it's still going to be the same field for the SB as it is for the PB. Only the endzones and PB logos will be replaced after the PB.
