I enjoy my play time tremendously. But I have started to feel bad about asking people to play with me because I don't think I help the team much. I'm more of a taker than a giver.

Look don't get caught up in all the shite people talk on here. You don't have to be Rambo and kill everyone. As nice as I"m sure it is to rape everyone during the game, I find it just as fun to be average/below average. I have excepted that I am that and I probably enjoy the game as much or more than the people who are really good, who bitch if they don't get 30 kills a game. I play alot of Free For All, that is a good way IMO to get better. Sometimes TDM adn Domination, it's hard to tell who's who sometimes when there's a huge firefight with 20 people. Free For All, you see someone and you fricking shoot them no questions asked. It's allowed me to get better.

The biggest thing is know when to walk away. We all get in slumps...the key is to know when you aren't focusing and realizing shite is going bad. Honestly take a day or three break from the game.

Another big thing is that you can't expect to keep doing the same thing and get different results. If you keep trying to run and gun into a camper team and they beat the shite out of you then change your play style. Sometimes slowing your game down is good. You don't need to run all over the map constantly and miss shite like people hiding in corners. Just walk places (unless you're in the middle of nowhere) and "let the game come to you". Or if the team has a ruhtard running and knifing and he keeps tearing you up then sit your arse down and wait for him. Sometimes the other team dictates the gameplay and you have to just react.

Minimize stupid deaths. You know the ones where you decide even though you are relatively sure a sniper is watching that street from a mile away you can sprint to the other side safely and get shot. Then do it again. Then you get pissed and try to kill the sniper and die from his claymore. Then going back to kill him and his teammate kills you. Thats 4 stupid deaths in a row in a pretty common situation. You don't have to be the hero and get your arse torn up.

So much of this game is knowing when to be aggressive and when to be passive.

I know it wasn't intended for me but I'm going to take the advice. I need to do something to get better.

Not long after the game came out, I got into a room with Coco and some of his friends. They were obviously better than me, I was something like 2-15 or worse. I just kept getting killed. They were fricking with me also. But I will tell them from the jump that I suck, and I just wanted to play to have fun.

Honestly, all it is is staying alive for 11 kills. On that one map, the chopper gunner traps them in their spawn. I must have gotten close to 25 kills in the gunner alone. There is absolutely no skill involved, other than getting lucky 11 times. The rest is the gunner.

I was 48-6 at the end of the second round. To contrast that, I finished the game 53-13. They started tubing bomb A and I really got owned.

AJF You play obj games mostly?

Broke thats one way right there. Obj games by definition are easier. You dont have to worry about peep roaming all over. The high traffic areas are usually around the obj. Do some back door ninja shite and stick and move.

I just really like the objective games better because of the probablity of getting high kill counts and lots of action. It's really fun with a good team that communicates; ie, friends.

True. We communicate well when the gang is on. I play with 9-10 guys consistently:nohomo:
I do the TDM thing mostly. Altho domination is growing on me. I'll be sure to put your K/D stats on the OBJ gamer side tho.

Yeah, I don't like TDM at all. I think it's boring; and, to be honest I think my K/D would be much lower if I played TDM all the time.

It's not just Bren. It's everybody. They either camp, or care package glitch marathon all over the map. I don't like it.

Obj games are fun, I have gotten into Headquarters and I really thinks its fun. Domination is my favorite.

Someone mentioned earlier about getting into a game with a bunch of snipers and campers and shite like that, but if I get into rooms where I am getting handled, or there are a bunch of the mentioned type of players, I will just keep jumping rooms until I get into a room with a group who's level I am on, and their game styles aren't camping and sniping.

Same could be said of obj game modes too tho. But I will grant you this...in a Ground war room that switches from dom to TDM there are def more of the knife fig, care pkg figs in TDM.
But way less tubers,of which self admittedly you are.
Its all fun tho.Shite I even had a blast playin CTF a cpl days ago.
