Name 9 football programs better than us today

Inspired by the 'are we a top 10 program' thread
So far I have:
Florida
Bama
Texas
Ohio St (maybe)
USC (maybe)
Penn St (maybe)
Virginia Tech (maybe)
And some of these 'maybe' names are pushing it.
Who else?

If discussing all time or this decade then we are a Top 10/Top 5 Program.
If you are going by last year I can think of 16 other teams that are suppose to be better.

the only maybe is Penn State. Va Tech no way, Ohio St and USC yes.
Also add OU.
Yes we are a top ten program, time to start playing like it on the field.
