I dont give a shite...LSU should never lose to a UAB...at home...during homecoming. Ever
josh booty went against coaches orders & made up a play & it got picked off that allowed uab to kick the game winning field. & he played very little the rest of the year. but is it ok to go into the 4th qrt down by 28 pts to a sunbelt team? & blow a 21-0 lead at home to 5 win team? or how bout losing at half this year to a 4 win la tech team?

But LSU fans won't take a loss to UT (not ULM) if it means an sec & nc to follow.
again in my opinion, miles gave up & played for overtime. if miles does everything to win a game, i can take it a little easier, but when he coulda tried stuff & didn't that's when i question him, which i did alot in the past 5 years.

1. doubtful that he "made up" a play
2. It should have never even been that close...wasnt that the main argument used about the WINS this past season?

But yet you give Saban a pass.

Yeah, I was. And I still would be if he would replace Crowton, despite all the weirdness of the last year and a half. You just can't let a personal relationship take the program down with you. Not DiNardo with Tepper, and not Miles with Crowton.

your right, it shouldn't have but hey upsets happen. saban is not perfect, no coach is college or pro in any sport. i'm not making excuses for saban, but like i said i had confidence in saban. imo he tried everything in his power to win every game. i honestly don't think miles does this. i just don't have faith in him. he takes a guy out after a huge run or when he's unstoppable & he never see's the field the rest of the game, how can i have faith in a guy like that?

I remember being skeptical of the hire, but a new coach needs to be given a few seasons to show what he's made of. Because of this, I didn't really criticize him, even though I was worried that the team was losing discipline. But they kept winning. Now the truth is rearing its ugly head since the luck (and discipline) began to run out, and the entire nation (except for the seriously delusional) can see Les Miles for what he is - a very highly paid, mediocre coach.

This pretty much sums it up for me....

this

gave him the benefit of the doubt for the most part just because he was winning

now we all see what was going on

Shades of Dinardo. He's not as bad a Hallman, but I dont think that he is much better than Archer or Dinardo. When I see his emotionless/confused arse on the sidelines, I get pissed.

I'd like to take the Les Miles drum and beat him over the head with it.

Yea for you, you were a morose, negative, drag on all things LSU football two years ago. You have always been that way. Sometimes I wish RP would have been allowed to do whatever the frick he wanted to do and still play out his career. That way I wouldn't have to watch you gloat like you've won something just because there are a mass number of idiots who now act just as depressed as you always have. Get over yourself, Geert.

Hopefully Les and Co can change that this year. One or the other. Would like a solid coach to be here another decade, just don't see it happening.

Fixed it for you.

Think Miles got me thinking "What the hell" for the first time in the UK game 2007. LSU found a good offensive groove with a certain player and he vanished in the second half.

If you ever met this guy in person, you would know he really was a mental midget. Arnsparger got over on us on this hire.

I think DiNardo is a better comparison. Good recruiter, comes across as a nice guy, looks totally confused on the sidelines. Wins some he shouldn't loses many he shouldn't.

Those are pretty funny. My favorites were the March for Miles posts.

So what if he jumped off the bandwaggon? Les hadn't had time to f up yet. Now that he does it as regular as breakfast, it's time to hate him again.
