It shall be noted in this thread, for the record, that I have long advocated the creation of a Science/Technology/Philosophy/Religion/Porn Board, with the porn part being optional of course.

Just because you disagree with an Admin does not mean you should be banned. He didn't break any rules from the board.
I submit a request that Tigah in L.A. be put on probation as an Admin until he can resist the urge to ban those that have a different opinion than him.

Would be a nice board, but by itself it probably wouldn't get much of anything other than the religion side of things.
What science and tech threads that would get posted will get immediately buried due to rarity and poster apathy.
While the same ole arguments in evolution threads get 30 pages.

You might be surprised. Also, it might help if it were just be called the "Sci, Tech, & Philosophy Board," with threads about religion and porn being implicitly assumed as the natural course of things.
