Everyone should have seen this coming. Gonzales will get that promotion that he wants.

As some have suggested on here that Miles was trying to help or allowing time for Crowton to get another job. Problem is, Crowton has too much of a bad track record that no one wants him now.

SOmeone will take him. The coaching scene is one giant game of musical chairs.

I doubt he is splitting with them.

Tolbert will be the next LSU hire once Gonzales is promoted to OC.

He didn't work very hard on his own personal exercise program.

I'm getting pissed off again thinking about the fact that had we had a decent OC, we would be tailgating in Pasadena today.

Cue whatever the Mormon version of "Smoke Laval's eating jalapeno cheese fries at Sammy's" is.

Can't Gonzales still coach wideouts if/when he becomes OC? Why not use the open position to hire a legit QB coach?

"Imo if he's reporting this on air I'd say its pretty solid."
"on air"
Yes
He has a two hour tv sports show (KBTS channel 3.3) Monday-Friday, yesterday was the show's first one year anniversary.
He's is from Arkansas, been reporting sports on radio and tv for around 17 years.
44 years old, has a daughter, freshman at LSU.
