TAF has decided to fight the war, not the battle.

TAF needs to bite the bullet and fire Crowton. Promote Gonzalez to save money on the new OC (I mean, why not hire and up and comer) but please get rid of Crowton. I don't think there is a single positive thing I can say about him as a coach.

+ 1 gazillion
Crowton's complete inability to change his approach to match our players is frankly mystifying. I can't figure out if he is just adamantly stubborn (my way WILL work) or just clueless. The underuse/misuse of Shep this year has been downright criminal. I know that Miles would like for him to leave on his own and save face, but if he won't bite the bullet then Alleva or the TAF needs to give him a good prodding. As someone who runs a business, I too like to be the "kind CEO" and let employees leave with another job lined up, but if you are that dismal in your production, sorry you need to go.
