I checked in a couple times and LSU was up on Utah by 10 in the 2nd half. What happened?

Started out hot, then had a drought over I wanna say 9 minutes without scoring. Had a chance at the end but Taz launched up a fade away 3 with a good bit of time still left on the clock and they got the rebound.

Everyone knew that there was not going to be any depth and a lot of inexperience. In most cases, they seem to get off to a good start, but seem to have trouble finishing things.
Johnson is holding a couple of scholarships open for what is supposed to be a pretty good recruiting class next year. Even so, things are a work in progress, and will be messy this year. Next year ought to be a hell of a lot more competetive. I still feel better about the basketball program's direction than I do that of the football program.
