Need recipe for Ruffino's lobster mac & cheese

Why would you want to put lobster in mac&cheese.Why not just put It In Beenie Weenies.

I think it's a waste of good lobster, but if a person wants to use leftover lobster that way, s/he should do so.
I'm grilling tails tonight. I doubt there are leftovers, but a friend wants to make the mac 'n cheese, if there are. Fine with me.

thanks Gris Gris. We're having lobster tonight, so IF there's any left I will try the mac and cheese. By the way, Ruffino's version of this is delish.
